When soloing, automatically solo new branches and tags

If I am soloing a branch and add a tag, currently the tag will disappear and I need to select it into my solo set. I would like it to automatically be solo'd so that it is visible. Same with adding new branches.

I noticed that this already works for branches, but it'd be great if it worked the same way for tags too.
