Add pull request view to GitLab Self-Managed

I really like the idea of the interactive Pull Request window that works for GitHub.com, as shown here https://support.gitkraken.com/working-with-repositories/pull-requests/#github-pull-request-view

We are running a GitLab Self-Managed server in our company and we wish to use the Pull request view instead of opening our GitLab webpage to process pull-requests.

Not only that, but also Code Suggestion which is currently only working for Github nstances. This should have been in Gitkraken since Github was added.
