Add an option to use external diff tool on double click

I have Winmerge configured as an external diff tool and when I want to review my changes I have to right click. Unfortunately my workaround is to do my review in VS.NET with the GIT change panel.

Yes I would love to be able to use "Open file in default program" with double click or even middle click.
