Need an API for programmatic administration

We need some kind of REST API that will allow us to query the users in our account so we can then compare them to active versus inactive user in our company.
This is so we can make sure we are not assigning and paying for licenses to people who no longer exist at the company.

We would like to see this as well, this is currently a manual task and we forget to do it. -

Adam WIn addition to listing users, we'd like to be able to programmatically add/remove users from our subscription.
