Allow Code Comments on GitHub PRs
As part of my workflow, I review PRs every morning and I'd love the ability to highlight code chunks and add a comment to the highlighted code section like I can do in GitHub.
For additional clarity, see the screenshot.
This feature alone would mean I basically never have to go to Github at all, and I could live in GitKraken. That'd be the dream hahaha.

coderabbitai uses code comments on PRs and I can't read them in the app without this feature, I can read them online ok, but if I could read them in the app I would just stay in the app more :) -

David CloutierI completely support this idea. This morning my team lead and I had the exact same "wish" for this feature.

Sergio BergaminiCode Suggest is really a nice feature and I love it, but sometimes you simply need to add comments to a whole file or multiple lines of code, and to do that I am forced to use Github.

RobinI’m honestly surprised this wasn’t a given from the start. Keeping my fingers crossed for this, as I always end up doing reviews on GitHub since we rely so much on comments in our workflow.

OskarThis would be great, github's PRs suck, especially the diffing algo for clojure :D Would love to do it all inside kraken instead.

AlThis is the only missing feature preventing us from using GitKraken as a full alternative to performing PR reviews on GitHub

EliI downloaded GitKraken *specifically* because I wanted a better PR review experience than GitHub.com in a browser. Was very confused trying to figure out how to comment on a PR in GitKraken, then realized I couldn't.
I use git mostly on the CLI. To me a git GUI is only advantageous if it has:
- Better PR review experience than GitHub.com
- A stash navigator
- A blame navigator
- Ability to commit only selected lines from files
I am unlikely to use any other features but I would use these daily and pay good money for them.
