More generous cloud workspace creation limits for solo developers.

I'm not sure what the current limitation is for the number of cloud workspaces that an individual user can create. I've made extensive use of this feature just to sort my own personal repositories, i.e. without additional team members.
It would be nice if there were some perhaps higher limits for this particular use case where the feature is used just as a sort of mechanism for sorting lots of different repositories into groups.
Putting an arbitrary cap on the number of workspaces that can be created for this purpose seems a little bit... unreasonable.
