Support Windows 11 Context Menu

Similar to how VS Code added a Context menu option for the new Windows 11 Context Menu system, I think GitKraken deserves one. See how they did it here: https://github.com/microsoft/vscode/issues/127365
Replace "Open with Code" with "Open with GitKraken".
I recognize that not everyone likes the new Context Menu from Windows 11 - and that's OK! The old context menu options should stay around, but the new features of Windows should be supported too!
