Add option to ignore non-available servers when switching branches or cherry-picking commit.s Currently the operation takes ages, especially when there are also submodules involved also that get checked then. This is a annoying problem when temporary working in air-gapped networks (or in the train with no internet) , where you no longer can reach gibthub, but github is still listed in the remote repos.
