Spell checking: make it configurable and/or allow multiple languages
Spell checking should be independent from OS settings. It should be set to the language set in GitKraken, e.g. Windows 10 in German, GitKraken in English --> spell checking in English.
Or better make it configurable, because sometimes you need another language.
Or enable multiple languages for spell checking like many other apps do, e.g Goggle Chrome, Firefox, Visual Studio Code, Visual Studio, and many many more... ;-)

Morten MertnerSpell checking using UK dictionary is really annoying for folks using American spelling.
We also often mix in Danish, so multi-language support would be really nice. -

Matthias SchmidtSame issue here with Ubuntu.
Very annoying because almost every word is underlined. -

DEven when changing my OS *user profile* language to English by moving English to the top of the Applications list effectively changing all other applications like browser OS-UI to English.
Gitkraken still only spell checks with the native non-English system language and underlines everything :( -

PaulI would very much like to be able to choose which language to use for grammar & spelling.
I mostly write commit messages in English and Gitkraken uses the French dictionnary because of my OS I guess from previous comments.
In my case it would be perfect if I could choose one language or the other, and also that it could be define globally and at the repo level.
Or that I could use both English and French to write my messages.
