MauroThere is an official snap version, it would really good to have an official Flatpak version, too. Not all Distributions support snap packages, it is mostly endorsed by Canonical while Flatpak found more Adaption by other Distributions. In some cases most, e.g. most Immutable Distributions it is the de facto standard to install Desktop Apps.

AntonPlease add Flatpak support. Even the unofficial version has 80 downloads per day. And on immutable distros deb/rpm are do no work that easily.

Eonfge170,000 installations on Flathub, but you refuse to make it official, even after 5+ years. in fact, recent changes with the download url make this community effort far more difficult to maintain.
As a volunteer over on Flathub, I've now asked the others to include a special notification. With a bit of hope, a lot of people will find their way here and request better support. For me, I've cancelled my subscription and I won't be aiding your commercial efforts in the future. -

DidierFlatpak support would be really appreciated. It is the standard on atomic distros as mentioned above and gitkraken is currently the only app in my workflow not supporting flatpaks.
The community build on flathub is great but things like git-hooks don't work because their are executed using gitkraken's own shell with no way to configure this outside of the container. -

Mike Kelly+1 For this. It's becoming so important to have an official flatpak maintained by the creator. Distros like Linux Mint now will actively filter out non-verified flatpaks, making users think they just can't install GitKraken on their computer.
Also, the rise of immutable distros makes this very important too -

indoleringDirect Flatpak support would be helpful because y'all can start scoping capabilities and lock functionality behind portals. The current community Flatpak requires full filesystem, microphone, and video access without any prompting.
