Support for Network State change detection

I live in a household with multiple network providers and ways of connecting to the internet. Whenever I switch to a different network (Some of them being on a VPN) other apps are able to detect changes like slack, chrome, etc. but Gitkraken's auto fetch and even basic git pull show a successfully pulled message but are not able to actually do it.

I end up restarting gitkraken multiple times or using the terminal to pull code which is not a good way for me.

Can we fix this bug? Is this the right place to post for it?
