Commit message description auto wrap option
Add a setting to limit the column number of commit message descriptions.
If it's set to 80, it would find the nearest whole word and replace the closest space with a newline automatically. This would help for repos that require commit messages to not go over a certain column limit.

Robert GoldmanI would very much like to see this feature added as an option. Flowing text commit messages are contrary to the conventions of the git user community.
This wouldn't have to be enabled by default, but it would be very nice to have when working on large open source projects. -

JasonThe absence of this feature is one of the most annoying aspects of GitKraken commit functionality in my experience. It's VERY hard to keep a large team of people from writing very long run-on commit message bodies due to the commit in GitKraken window being quite small by default and providing no feedback that the standard git line limits (50 for subject, 72 for body). Ideally this should be configurable to happen automatically after a specific number of columns (defaulted to git standard of 50 and 72 for subject and body, respectively). And it should always provide some feedback in the window that you have gone past the line limits. VS code does this already.
