Pull request dialog does not show full branch name

When using Start Pull Request feature, if branch names are too long you can't read them it truncates with ...
Steps to Reproduce:
1. Start a pull request from two branches with really long names.
2. Can't see them in the boxes.
Expected behavior: Resize or allow to grow the pane to see them?
Actual behavior: Long branch names are truncated.
Platform: win32 (x64)
Version: 8.3.0
