Thomas Michielsthere was an old feature request for this with over 200 upvotes, but it got merged with github self-hosted and marked as completed while bitbucket was completely ignored.
for all bitbucket self-hosted, this feature is completely useless.
in an ideal world, source shouldn't matter and shouldn't be split, but i can understand why it is separated. -

We use bitbucket server (self-hosted); can't use workspaces until that support is added.
Thanks! -

Thomas Michielsi don't understand why this feature wasn't developed from the start for all supported git server types. This just feels strange to me.
As mentioned in my previous comment, the vote count on this issue is not representative due to another issue with many votes being wrongly merged resulting it it not being fixed, but all votes lost. -

Chris WoodAuthentication to Bitbucket server is broken in current versions (9.6.1) as of writing this post.
Confirmed with support that only version 7.5.5 or older works and anything newer (8,9) uses a different authentication method. Would like to see this prioritized again.
