Don't stop to update submodules on rebase

We have a repository that has 17 submodules, several of which are updated frequently. When rebasing, GitKraken stops on every commit that contains an updated submodule reference which can often times look like the rebase has failed. Having to manually update each submodule one by one to continue the rebase is cumbersome, especially when we would normally just want the latest submodule ref anyway.

Can GitKraken wait until the end of a rebase to advise user to update submodules? Or auto fetch and update the submodules similarly to how a normal pull fast-forward works.
