Add public Gitea to free version

I use Gitea from https://git.ggc-project.de to host some of my projects. Unfortunately, these are considered non-public by GitKranken.
Unfortunately, I currently have to fall back on the normal GIT commands to work on my project.

Therefore I would like to ask to allow this kind of hosting.

We were using free version to develop Blender open source, but now with the migration to Gitea this is not possible. Please, consider to add support to Gitea for free version.
