Improve rebase performance

I reported this via Slack in September 2020, but it's still a problem.

Rebasing in v6.4.1 was fast, but v6.5.0 became slower. I downloaded old versions of GitKraken to track down which version transition caused the slowdown for my company's monorepo.

Rebasing a branch with ~50 commits can take up to a couple minutes, but only takes a few seconds in command-line.

I complained about the issue again last January on Twitter: https://twitter.com/GitKraken/status/1354489561859035137, but I didn't see that issue tracked here.

The rebase feature should also skip commits automatically like Smartgit does

In 9.13, we migrated git rebase to the Git Executable which should help with performance: https://help.gitkraken.com/gitkraken-client/experimental-features/#features-using-the-git-executable
