Option to hide new remote branches by default

Would be nice if there is an option to hide newly created Branches by default.

Another nice thing would be the ability to hide new children of hidden branch folders: e.g. if you have a test/a and test/b branch, and you hide test/, it should also hide test/c when it gets created.
