Show activity log (running Git Hooks) when viewing a file

When Git hooks are enabled, if you trigger a hook such as the "pre-commit" hook while a file is selected (viewing diff), there is no indication that GitKraken is running the hook.

If a hook is taking a while to complete, and you want to check the progress of the hook, you will need to exit the file view to see the activity log bar at the bottom of the tree view.

It would be nice if the activity log bar could be visible from the diff view.
