"View changes" should automatically open diff view

When I want to review my changes before committing, I have to click "View change", then the file I have changed. Automatically opening the diff of the first file changed, perhaps as an option, would convenience me significantly.

As long as it's an option. That would drive me nutters. I'd be closing it more than opening it.
