Ability to make commit panel wider

As a user, I would like to be able to make the commit panel wider in order to see the full paths for files. Currently, it has a max width.

This is useful when you have screen space available and you cannot see longer file paths.

Hello all, something that may help for now is pinning the Commit Details Panel to the bottom. This can be done by selecting the down arrow icon in the top right corner of the Commit Details Panel.
