Add ability to change the default "Recently Opened" tab when opening a repository

If you click "Open a repository", by default it's selected "Recently opened".
What I want is to change this and be able to set Project Directories.

Or just turn it off altogether. It's not always a useful feature when there's a bunch of duplicate names. I'd rather just have my saved projects.
