Add a throttle when typing characters in the branch search bar

I have a repo with quite a lot of branches. When looking for a branch in the search bar, a search is triggered at each character, which slows down the process (searching through a high number of branches with one or two characters takes a long time).

It would be nice to throttle the search trigger, e.g. wait a few hundreds of milliseconds without character entry before triggering the search !
