Ignore Case in Diff View

I would like an option in the Diff View (similar to 'ignore white space' options) to 'Ignore case', i.e. 'a' => 'A'

We have a number of VB programs that regularly have a large number of functions and variables change case (e.g. because of users' settings or the use of common modules).
Tracking the actual changes in the Diff View is almost impossible due to the fact that most lines have had some sort of case change - and my job requires me to QC all changes made.
Variables and functions in VB are not case-sensitive, so having the option to ignore case would make my life bearable!
