Add ability to bypass git hooks
When committing there may be times in which bypassing hooks is required, like bypassing linting or various tests for various reasons. The cli switch is `--no-verify`.

Ashwould be very useful in environments that dont allow rebasing (implemented in hooks) but want to squash commits before they push

allen joslinThis has been "on the list" since 2018 (see your twitter feed: https://twitter.com/GitKraken/status/1067485533738196992)
How do we promote this feature?
Where would we spread the word? -

PaulMy suggestion is to have the --no-verify option added when you view the log of hook failure. That way the user knows and has read the reason for the failure and can decide to ignore or not then.

Joel H+1 for this. We have a slow linting hook that majority of the time I prefer to bypass.

Nate Brandeburg+1 for us as well. If I'm pushing a local commit I plan to amend later I'd really like to skip 5 minutes of build validation and unit testing.

Justin NyeCould you add a tick box in the Commit box to allow no-verify on an individual commit. We often want to commit a WIP at the end of the day that does not yet validate our Linting Hooks. To occasionally be able to commit that to a feature branch as a Work in Progress commit for safety would be a great addition. I am aware I can do it from terminal, however the point of using the GitKraken GUI is to speed up normal operations per day rather than having to drop back to CLI
