Show forward history when viewing old commits

When viewing the history for a file, it would be nice if the full history on the current branch was shown both forward and backward. In other words, if the history is viewed from an old commit for a file that has been modified in more recent commits, I would like the history to reflect those newer commits as well.

One of the main use cases for this is when I am trying to find out when a file was deleted. It is often a lot easier to go back an arbitrary amount and find the file then view history, but unfortunately this does not currently show history forward of the commit viewed from, making it impossible to find when a file was deleted without manually reviewing every commit.
