'Teams' shouldn't show untracked files

The new 'Teams' feature that shows what files your teammates are editing includes untracked (and not ignored) files. These are usually scratch files, debug output, etc and are very unlikely to ever cause merge conflicts, so it would make the 'Teams' view clearer if they were ignored.

This actually sounds like something that should be configurable. I can see times when I would want the ability to show untracked files, like working on new features.
