Support repositories cloned/initialized with --separate-git-dir

As a user, I would like GitKraken to support working with repositories that have a separate Git directory using --separate-git-dir.
Use case: file comparison operations return a lot of false positives with the git folder inside, plus it requires extra management in archiving, searching, etc - all in all it's much-much simpler to have the git folder (and any other related database, to be honest) outside of the project code folder.
