Ability to comment on specific file in the diff view

During the stage file process, when checking the diff from the previous version, it would be great to have a "comment" directly on the file diff view option.
It would add info relative to THIS file in the main comment of the commit.
This will avoid to the dev to specify in the main comment :
stuff.cpp:
-clean zombi-code: delete useless private fct
-fixe: check shared_ptr<Point> m_point if is nullptr before try use it
Currently, we have to do this boring stuff, to add file name + comment in parallel to the general check files.
