Support nested git repositories for Project Directories in Repository Management
I have a lot of git projects nested under other repos (not submodules).
It seems that these get ignored when adding project directories.
It would be very helpful if you can manually add repos to the group to get around this.

Erik van Leeuwen MergedI would like that Project Directories in Repository Management are able to discover nested git repositories. Now only the root repository is detected in the Project Directory.
My use-case:
Duo to the way the project I am working on has been refactored I now need to clone lots of repositories (100+) into another root git repository (not using submodules and the sub repo's are ignored using the .gitignore file). Navigating between those 100+ repos using the Repository Management Project Directory feature doesn't work when the root folder is also a git repository. This means I now need to manually navigate to each repository using the file explorer. -

Mattias SandströmWould also be nice to be able to have Gitkraken check links created to other directories containing repos.

Erik van LeeuwenThis issue also seems to affect the new workspaces feature.
