Add "Release Notes" to a tag so that GitLab recognizes it as a release

Whenever we push a tag to GitLab, it checks if we have added a release notes and if we add release notes, it automatically considered it as a release. This feature they introduced in the latest versions.

It would be nice if GitKraken provides this facility.
