Group configured services together in Clone and Init panels

Group configured services together on the "Clone" and "Init" panels within the screen for easier access to existing configured services.
Possibly have a preference to disable showing unconfigured services.

Clinton SmithIt would also be good to default to the last service used. In our case we always use Bitbucket so it would be good to default to this when cloning a repository.
